I just talk to csr and he said the following when i ask about the chiller channel


03) Sean K: Yes, we do have chiller channel now. Please tune into channel 199.
kerry harris : its not on yet
(03) Sean K: It is from 5 PM Eastern time.
(03) Sean K: Is there anything else I can do for you?

He should've asked you if you have the AT250 package because that's the only package that will get this channel.

How come Dish can tell us the date and exact time this channel will launch but they are so tight lipped on the HD launches?
