With Club Dish, does new customer receive all the perks, like upgrade to HD DVR, free install, free Premium channels (HBO, Starz) ect. as does any new customer would receive? Or just $30 off 1st bill.

My uncle referred me. I got $30 off my first bill along with all the other perks like HDDVR, discounted prices, etc...
My uncle got $50 split over 10 months. He had to call to remind them to give him the discount though because it was not appearing on his bills.
