CNN on Conus Beam 119

Hi Guys I am down here in PR with a service address in NY for the Locals. I am unable to view CNN on the Conus beam, I can get all the other Conus channels, any idea why CNN is unavailable?

icerberg would know for sure, but
checking on my stb if appears that cnn sd comes of 119 tp 19. do you have signal on that transponder?
have noticed some wierd things lately, several receivers (including mine) get programming just fine but wont lock on to identify a sat on the signal screen. also, i had a difficult time even finding cnn sd. wasnt in the guide under my channels. after setting to all channels i found it and then it dissappeared from the guide again.
