Coax splitting with hopper / joey

We are about to move into a brand new house that only has two rooms with coax installed. I know crazy. The rooms we want to have the other tv’s in are right next to the rooms with coax already installed. Could I use a splitter to connect my joeys or would it be best to get into the attic and run new coax?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
