Cold weather gloves that work well for installers?

Every installer knows that Winter can be the worst time of the year to work (at least those of us up North). Frozen fingers just seem to go with the territory when building dish kits or prepping fittings. Has anybody found a glove that balances warmth with dexterity? I've used several over the years and have yet to find something that kept my fingers warm while not being too bulky to work in. I did have two sets of neoprene gloves that almost worked for this but they both fell apart within a day or two of use.

Dry & broken in leather gloves I can work in. When it's really cold I'll drop some hand Warmers inside them in the palm area. The heat they give off radiates out to my fingers. It's nowhere as efficient as warm weather without gloves, but it works for me and makes it at least tolerable.

I did the Hothands in the gloves on really bad days but they get too expensive for regular use.
