Combing two dishes with a five LNB?

I'm having a tree branch very high up (40 feet) waving enough into my 119 signal causing it to go in and out. Is it possible to put a second dish in my backyard and get the 119 signal and combining it with the 5 lnb? I can't hit the five sats in my backyard but I bet I can find a space to hit 119. Is this possible? If so how? Thank you again for your advice and input.
