Over the last few months, I have been billed by Comcast for pay-per-view porn that I DID NOT ORDER. They insist that we are ordering it, they even went as far as saying that either my wife is ordering it when I was not around, or that someone else is ordering it when we are not at home. The fact is that very often, these are being "ordered" when we are not home, or asleep. We have NEVER ordered anything iNDemand before, especially porn. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Comcast has said that I have to pay it, they won't receive it. I am hoping I am not the only one that has this problem. Anyone else?

Thanks, I have tried that. No change, more keep piling up. They have switched the box, same deal on the new box. It is like someone hacked that location in my house and is ordering them. It is on the same leg as my cable modem, there is a splitter that branches off to the modem and then to the box. No idea if it is even possible to do it through that, but it is the only thing I can think of. Comcast verifies that it is only the box in that location that orders them.

Does the box have a line of sight to a window somewhere? Could someone be using a remote to control your box that way? Once done, a person could scan the cable lineup with his own QAM capable tv and pull in the PPV feed that he purchased thru your box. They are usually sent unencrypted down the line.
