Comcast Digital Cable Down in Louisiana and SE

For the communities that have switched over from Time Warner to Comcast they have completely dropped the ball.

After the time change the HD DVR showed the wrong time. I like many thousands of others pulled the plug and got the unit to do a hard reboot. Well since the switch they didn't map the new digital servers correctly (or something to that effect) and it has completely killed all Digital services and all we have is a box that can just tune analog services.

This is the worst bungle I have ever seen. The CSR's haven't a clue what to tell people even after a day.

I am pretty close to going back to dish and making a way to receive their signal in my apartments.

I hate Comcast. They are a bunch of bungling baboons!

Comcast Sucks

I had a customer who repatedly hooked to comcast Illegally and after comcast disconnected him 4 times , they decided to shut down the whole building completely!!! Everyone was no longer allowed to get cable. Fortunatley there were only 8 apartemnts in the building and every apartment had directv installed by me!!!
