My TV tuner is not identifying the non-encrypted digital local NYC stations included in my limited basic subscription. All I can find is the encrypted channels even though Comcast assures me that the local broadcast channels are not encrypted. If I knew the base channels I could input that directly into the tuner to try to identify them. So far Comcast customer support claims they do not know. Thanks for any help.
