Yet again the internet is down, reset the modem, power cycled, did the same with the router, bypassed the router, reboot the comp, reboot all in proper order, remove coax from modem and nothing. I call for tech support at 4 am and get the message that due to high call volume they cant get to me and to call back later *click*
Last time this happened it took 5 days to get it fixed, modem replaced, drop replaced, then the tap and the tap upline was replaced before anything would work.
