Very interesting article about how Comcast's mis-management of the sports network "The Mtn" managed to cause the Mountain West Conference to explode.

I would recommend the remaining MWC teams bolt for the WAC so they can have some exposure on ESPN.

Sounds like shady business practices for Comcast.

so I guess thats why Boise State, Fresno State, Nevada and Hawaii (football only) are coming to the MWC next year or 2012

fact is that the conference isn't dead. They'd have to be a bit stupid to think that they're best two teams were going to stay in a non AQ conference forever when an AQ conference sends them an invite(although Utah got a much better deal than TCU)
