Any bets on when subscribers to DISH Network (or for that matter, DirecTV and non-Comcast cable systems) should expect to have Comcast SportsNet Northwest available?

Maybe in a year or so, but right now NOTHING. Comcast has only signed up one other service, Ashland TV. This info was direct from the Trailblazers office as of 06:00 PM 11/07/2007. Even Paul Allen's Charter Cable does not have agreement with Comcast and he owns the Blazers.
Also you should see the Ads in the local newspapers and the Ads in the mail, if you want to watch the Blazers, you have to switch to Comcast. The Trailblazers sold their soul to the highest price they could get and the fans be dammed.

Not only are non-Comcast Blazers fans unhappy, imagine the fans of the Oregon Ducks as well.
