Comcast SportsNet West 359? Not So Good!

Turned on channel 359 for the 1st HD game for CNWS 359 and it is nothing but broken up video feed

Called E* and the guy didn't know what I was talking about but put me "on hold" for 2 minutes and said, "We are aware of that". Anyone else have the same problem with their Sportsnets first game?

Yes I am having the same problem here. I have not called yet. Came on here first, I usually get more answers on here.
