Comcast isn't happy that the NFL has been telling its customers to switch to satellite or telcoTV if they want to get the NFL Network, and has sued the NFL network for unspecified damages. The NFL network sued Comcast last year, trying to prevent the cable provider from moving the channel off its basic digital tier and onto a higher-priced sports tier. The NFL lost that suit, so they subsequently started telling fans (with the help of Jerry Jones) to make the switch to alternative providers.
