I think they will return once things go back to normal. Streaming services aren't licensed for commercial use.

Yeah, I wasn't really thinking OTT Live streaming as a replacement so much as whether the whole concept of TVs in bars and restaurants will be as popular in the long run.

You are correct about licensed for Commercial Use, but I would bet a lot of businesses still do it, the Gym I used to go uses the live feeds from the TV Everywhere apps on the Televisions there, they are all TCL 4 series TVs.
