Confused.....What do I have to do?

All of this upgrading promo talk and being gone from here for a while has me confused.

I have a 811 that I own, not lease. What are my options and cost to get the vip211 receiver? Will I have to give Dish $49 and my owned 811 to get the 211 and sign a 18 mo. contract? Will this 211 be leased? If so, how much is the lease? Sorry for all of the ? but I am totally confused. Any direction and opinions will be greatly appreciated.

I turned in a 811 which I owned for a 211. Cost me $49.00. When the 811 is received by Dish they will credit my account $25.00. 18 month contract and it is leased. It was a Dish-in-it-up promo.

You would have the option of keeping your 811, but you will not receive the $25.00 credit.
Upgrade fee will be $49.00 + $5.00/mo lease fee + 18 month programming commitment.
You will also have to upgrade to one of the new medal HD packages in order to receive any MPEG4 programming on your 211, which you will not receive on your 811, should you decide to keep it.
If you keep your 811, you will also be charged a $5.00/mo additional receiver fee.
