In spite of Phil Garner not given credit to The White Sox pitching for stopping the Astros, I have to say that the White Sox deserve all the credit.

They were a whole bunch of calls in the playoffs this series.... However, Houston did not lose because of the bad calls.

We lost because Chicago was the better team. I am proud of our guys for making it to the World Series and they have no reason to feel like failures. They outplayed us pure and simple, and they deserve the win.

They deserve it? When's the last time a team was picked 30-1 by vegas to go all the way and fluke win it like chicago did? I mean c'mon, NOBODY picked them before the season, not even the fair-weather fans all wearing white-sox merchandise ($30 for a hat? jeez...) didn't pick 'em...
