My Genie HR54-700 won't do rewind from beginning, on demand, says connection speed is to slow. But my tests show constantly 14mbps to over 20. Have no problems at all with streaming on all devices, watching Netflix,Hulu, etc. Any suggestions? It's connected to WiFi, don't have dsl

Can you try an ethernet connection?
 
I occasionally have problems similar to yours with a wireless connection. I think it's more internet related than anything.
