Can someone remind me what the echostar email address is to contact Dish employees. I remember it was last name, first initial and a dash but am not 100% sure. I am so fed up...I just had another service call cancelled after I took off work today to wait for them. grrr.

Not even close, but Scott gave you the better option. Contacting employees directly is effective, but you'd be surprised how quickly someone's e-mail address spreads once they are known as a "problem solver". Kind of like the CEO address.
