I have the Cool sat pro with the latest download but can't get any of the lower channels ( 1-99 ). My signal strength is 92-95 and the quality is 85-90. On Echostar 7 I'm picking up 13 of the 21 transponders. Should I turn my dish and if so will I lose some of the channels I have?
