Coolsat 4000 software download for cardreader

I'm new to this, so take it easy on me. I purchaced a coolsat 4000 pro receiver about 2 months ago and at that time, it came without the cardreader. I've recently purchesed the card reader and installed it. I was instructed to go to the Coolsat website and download the cardreader software. I've tried to download it but it keeps saying unable to open file is to large. Any suggestion?

Coolsat Pro 4000 receiver
30" dish
universal lnb

its only 785 KB so its not that big...did you unzip it?

You need the loader...do you have that?

Yeah, I have the cardreader and installed it but not sure exactly what to do with the software. Could someone tell me the process?

I assume you have the software from ccolsatusa.com?

If so, download the attached. Its the loader. Unzip it and open it up, select the software tyou already have and download to machine
