I have manually entered the PIDs for the CW network (3720 H, 26700 SR, 3/4 FEC@ 91.0°W C-Band) into my Coolsat 5000, without success. What is the process to enter the 3 PIDs associated with this MUX into Coolsat 5000 so that the video can appear? I'm using approved 3rd party software version 05 from here.

normally I dont say "a search can be your friend" but in this case it is ;)

Since the Coolsats cant do manul PID entry like other receivers there is a workaround
few threrads on the subject

and how to do it
you cant add channels via the 5000 via pid scan...here is what to do

1. scan the channels in on 3920 (the EWTN mux)
2. go to manual scan
3. change that transponder to the CW numbers that Lyngsat shows (3720)...when done entering hit exit and it will saveDO NOT HIT OK AS IT WILL TRY AND SCAN AND YOU LOSE THE EXISTING CHANNELS IN THERE
4. go to channel edit
5. select the first channel on the EWTN mux and edit the pids
6. rename channel and done
7. delete blank channels
8. if you want to scan EWTN in add the transponder manually then rescan

Thanks Ice!:D I did a search, and wasn't finding the right posts. I guess I wasn't using the right key words.
I had a little problem with entering the audio PIDs, but I finally figured it out by entering for example Audio PID for CW East 102 as 00102.

I tried this but i am having a problem. I am using Sv8000hd sometimes when i push the PID button a box comes up and i can enter the PID numbers then the next time i push it my whole reciever reboots. Also when i do enter them i save it and go back and The PID numbers Have not been saved the default numbers come up.

The above only works on the Coolsat's......The SV is different. I would recommend starting a thread (or maybe doing a search here since its been covered before) about how to add the PIDS
