Just purchased a coship 5110G and cannot get pasted initial start up. Upon powering up "open" is displayed on the LED display then the "start up OSD" on the TV screen displays for three seconds and disappears and that's it . . . the program installation screen will not appear after pressing OK or any other screen upon pressing every button. The switch on the back is in the unlock position.
I'm on an active satellite if that matters up to this point. Can you please give me some advice on maybe how to clear memory or advise if box is defective since it new out of the box. THank in advance for light you can shed on my problem.
