WCTX HD is on now, not in hd at this time of day, of course. WTNH HD should be on soon.

WCTX is on channel 112-1 on my TV with built in Qam tuner. And WTNH is on 103-3.

Both WAVY and Fox are up in Hampton Roads, but he DVR hasn't yet been updated to allow recording on those channels 710 and 714.
