Curious question... Is Dish Network still having a dispute with KXLT (Rochester, MN market)?

Okay, this is a question out of curiosity only. I remember when I had my Dish Network installed here in Rochester, MN before I "moved" to North Mankato, MN to get Minneapolis, MN and Mankato, MN locals, there was a message on the channel Fox 47 KXLT of a dispute. I can't remember if its sister station NBC 10 KTTC was also going through the dispute as well, but maybe they were, can't remember. So basically I only had my true locals for about a half an hour, so there is no way I'd know if they got them back unless if I "move" back, which I'm not going to do. So out of curiosity only, did KXLT and possibly KTTC settle their dispute?
