Current Receiver Manufacturers

I am getting back into FTA after a 15+ year hiatus. Question for the group.
What receiver manufacturers are still in the FTA business serving the N.A. market?
Ones I see and have researched:
Geosat
Manhattan
Azbox (only current stb with 4.2.2 built in correct?)
Openbox
Amiko Alien
Are there others? It is hard to tell with alot of older inventory out there at dealer websites.
