Basically there is only one promotional deal and that is set by Dish. Currently you can get free activation and installation. You can get a certain amount of money off your bill each month for 12 months, the amount depends on the level of programming. If you sign up for the Hopper with Sling you have the option to get an iPad 2 but you would forfeit the monthly discounts.

Some retailers have specials offers like gift cards and such, you'd have to do some searching for those. You can also use a referral code and get an instant $50 credit on your first bill.
