D-12 Receiver on SWM Dish

I just finished installing a 5 lnb SWM dish for upgrade to HD. While waiting for Direct TV to ship my new receiver, I am trying to set up my D-12 receiver on the dish (no HD but ok for the grandkids room). I am using a Direct TV ASL-1 with an Accutrac 22 mk II signal meter to set up the dish. I get a nice signal on both the 119 and 101 satellites but the D-12 just says "searching for satellite". The self check shows ok on everything except there is no signal on tuner 1. Also, all transponders on 101 are zero except 27, 29, 31 which have 98 signals. On SWM all 9 are zero and on 119 all are zero. How can the signal meter show such a good signal all the way to the receiver? Thanks

I would venture a guess that you are aimed at 110 instead of 101. Try pointing the dish a bit further to the east.

Wow! You were right. It is interesting that the meter showed I was on 101 but I wasn't. So much for the meters. Many thanks.
