D* DOD and Dish 1080p movies

I downloaded the newest D* CE SW last night and downloaded The Bucket List 1080p this am.

Im sitting about 8-9ft from my 50", and the 1080p download appears to give the BR a run for its money. I cant compare them side by side, but the download looks soo good that I would not think twice about using it as a BR alternate.

If it got me my movies faster, once they start supporting it, Id have no issue with watching the ones I dont buy on DOD. Problem is you miss out on the HD audio.

I was very skeptical at first, but the PQ is good.

Most people can't say the same for the Dish 1080p movies. Of course, many of us with displays that accept 1080p24 are told by Dish that our displays are not compatible.

I havent kept up, are they having problems??
