Had an installer come out to my house today to tweak my dish as I was only getting transponder readings in the 70's and 80's.
After the adjustment I got my readings back in the 90's. He could have easily left after that, but even after I thanked him and even though my readings were all good, he still went and did much more than he needed. He replaced all of my connections and fittings on every line outside and inside. He replaced my LNB's and replaced my B-Band converters. He even gave me another pair of B-Band converters just incase I needed them in the future.
After all of that, my signals went up by another 1 to 2 percent.
When checking my signal readings he noticed that rubber like back cover of my remote was missing, so he gave me another remote without me even asking.
I have also had excellent service with installers. Good job guys! :up
