D10 IR/RF remoting

Kinda wanna know if anyone's heard anything in the rumor millls...or?

Since my Sony D55 bought the farm, had picked up a D10, thinking it still would run the serial controlling to my Tivo, which is still in future thoughts...so I have to keep things on the IR remoting which is a pain, since I used the RF to control that reciever from the bedroom...

I've one of the first installs, that didn't use the home runs to each..and I know the *best* way would be to upgrade that, adding another reciever...not there yet, just wondering if anyone knows of something in the mills...

If you have a D10-100 the serial bus works. It's not as fast as I would like it but it does work now. Tivo put out an 7.2 update that fixed some of the problems with the serial bus that Directtv screwed up. It's kinda a long thread but check this thread out over at Tivo Community on the problem.
