De-Authorize a Device

I just upgraded my phone and turned in the old one. My Dishanywhere app will not let me authorize the new phone because I have reached my limit of 5 devices.

One of the devices is the old phone.

Is there anyway to de-authorize a device?

It's a bug. Hit up Dirt and ask them to submit a report for you and I think they fix it in the system until the bug is fixed.
