Dead Pansat 2500 - Do Not Send to Pansat

I sent our Pansat 2500a to PANSAT USA for repairs. The charge was $40.00.

It was returned a few weeks later -- not fixed -- nothing. Not even a note telling me that they either could not or did not fix it.

I was so mad. I demanded my money back. Well, I emailed them about 6 times. They don't even have the courtesy to respond.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PANSATs to PANSAT USA.

I do know a source that will fix your PANTECs or your PANSATs. I don't think I can post their name. If you want more info, please email me directly.
