Detroit HD Locals on 129???

This is my first post to the system here. I am a newbie and have been following the progress of the Ciel-2 launch. I have a Dish 1000 with my Detroit Locals. It is not possible for me to put in a 2nd dish for 61.5. I see by the listing that on the 129 there is space set aside for HD Locals from Detroit. Has anyone heard as to when this may happen???

I believe that the Detroit HD locals are coming off 118 and 61.5.
