Detroit HD Locals on DISH?

Yes they are up. You need either a 500+ or 1000+ to get them.

They're identical, SAT vs OTA. Only advantage would be adding an additional network HD timer to your 622 by having the SAT HD locals.

I would say they are probably not quite identical. I would imagine NBC and CBS are down rezzed to 1440x1080i. But I cant confirm, havent "moved" to Detroit.
