No. Was tuned to a Sirius channel all afternoon till 7p EST.

nope, sounds like you have to call dish if this wasn't weather related, usually your Dish loses signal when there's a bad thunderstorm.

was there a storm in your area earlier.

had a check switch issue around 4 central clear skies too, not sure what caused that.

Not here in Texas. I had the TV on from about 4:30am CST until 6am when the kiddos got up with on interruptions.
