Apparently someone (either the TS or a staffer) decided to convert the public exchange to a private conversation as is clearly noted with a "please reply by conversation". You'll need to be included in the conversation to participate.

Yeah, I saw that - doesn't explain WHY though. One of life's unsolved mysteries I guess.
