We are at our favorite campground right now. It is beautiful but a very difficult place because of trees to get both 110 and 119. I have to cheat so far to the west that I lock on 129 and 119! Can get 45% strength for 119. My question is if I know that I can't get 110 can I hit 119 easier without setting the skew? Any tips will be appreiated. I use a Dish 500 and a 622.

thanks

what kind of LNB?

anyway, when aiming a dish at a SINGLE sat, its best to set the skew at 90 degrees.

it might improve your signal, might not. the best fix is to, of course, get the dish a clear line of site to the sats.
