Digital Dolby

I have noticed some channels have been coming in with DD. Can not find any news on this. Has anybody heard anything? Would like to find a channel listing that tells which ones are DD.

I thought this used to show up in the information that told about the show, but I haven't seen it for a while.

I have had a quite a few DD channels since I signed up in April.

All HD channels are DD.

Well, there's Dolby Digital. Then there's DD 5.1 - or, be still my beating heart, 7.1. IMO anything less than 5.1 is hardly worth getting worked up over.

Dolby Digital 5.1 is what I meant. Sounds so much better.

I know of no sure way to tell that doesn't involve auditioning the program. Even some of the movies that say "DD5.1 where available" aren't.

Make sure your receivers are set to send out Dolby Digital.
