Digital Subchannels in Duluth, MN?

Despite the Duluth-Superior area is still stuck with 12 Digital Subchannels.

However, is there a chance KQDS-DT could add Antenna TV and ThisTV on a
digital subchannel sometime within the next 1 to 2 years?

Red River Broadcasting is CHEAP. They stick money into the radio stations they own but dont do anything to the TV. The only station they have with a subchannel is KDLT in Sioux Falls, SD. Its a NBC with Cozi. All the Fox stations they own (KQDS and all the K_RR stations in ND and Thief River Falls,MN) have no subchannels

We're lucky they do HD outside of network time
