Diplexor for Sat & Cable Phone

Have a customer that has cable delivered phone & they want to add Dish Network to their apartment. Tried running Dish Signal with cable line Diplexed in.
Phone would not work. Any Ideas?

What diplexers are you using? I would double check that they are connected correctly. I have phone through Comcast and I'm diplexing satellite signal and Comcast (phone and Internet). I'm using the blue Holland diplexers.

Make sure that both diplexers are the same(ex. brand, model, frequency). It does work, my buddy has triple play through Charter and has DN on one line and it works Great!!!!

Use a blue diplixor and have the cable phone on the UHF/VHF port at both ends, but if its a dual tunner then you've lost that option for wireing TV2
