I am wondering if it is possible to run Direct TV and Dish Network over the same cabling? Direct TV customer support is telling me yes, but a guy I work with says that he tried in the past and it was not possible. Does anyone know if these can work together?

Sure it works you can even watch your DISH programming on your Directv receivers. Boy does the HDTV look great.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Both DISH and Directv use the frequencies from 950Mhz to 2100Mhz so the signals will interfere with each other, never mind the voltage difference both systems use.

This is what I thought and the Direct TV rep was just trying to get me to sign up and then when the installers came, I would end up paying a bunch for custom installation. Thanks for the reply.
