I am full time traveling in my Motorhome and have a 9 inch dish under a dome on the roof that finds and holds the signal. I have a 501-PVR and was thinking of getting a 921. There is a dual cable from the dish.
Reviewing all the OTA etc.. problems with the 921 discouraged me. Then, after review of the Tivo, with 4 tuners, it looks very attractive. After 15+ years with Echostar I'm considering switching to Direct TV for the better unit, service and programming. Is my frustration clouding my judgement?
I would appreciate any feedback about my thinking or my application with a Motorhome.
4 Tuners sound good, OTA with Tivo sounds good, automatic decifer of antennae, HD, SD, or cable sounds good. New customer $ preference is good.
Also, will the 9 inch dish work for HD?
