Direct tv Refer a Friend

Hi
I just signed up for Directtv this afternoon. I failed to make sure the rep added the referral account from the individual who had signed referred me.
I called back a few hours ago and the csr indicated they put the info in but were not able to add it directly since I had already verified the main rebates.
Do you think this is sufficient? He indicated he put it in the person's account who referred me as well.

I called and they had a supervisor add it to the account and give me a reference number.
Only issue was it won't be on the first months bill but said 6-8 weeks so should be on the second.
 
that sounds right. I've seen referrals show up 2 bills later....at least it shows up thats all I care
