Is there any DirecTV version of upcoming E* DPP44 switch? I'd like to have a DirecTIVO in a location with only one cable run. There's no way to run a second feed there due to configuration of the wall.

There is no planned switch but DirecTiVo will work with only 1 tuner connected the 522 needs both lines connected or it is even flakier than normal.
