Directv Dispute Resolution ???

Is there an email address where subscribers can address issues and disputes? DISH has ceo@echostar.com, that has been extremely helpful in the past. Now with Directv I've encountered my 1st dispute, speed bump...guess you guys know

You can call and ask for retention dept. if it's something that a CSR can't fix, If it's an HD issue, try and get ahold of the HD Support dept.

Theyre is an email address that some use, but I cannot help you with it as I have never used it.

Someone else will chime in with it I am sure
