Directv for an under the cabinet tv in the kitchen

Hello,

My wife is asking me to buy her an under the cabinet tv in the kitchen. I do not have directv wired to the kitchen. Is there a way to get directv to that tv or do I have to have wires running all through the house. Looking forward to your suggestions.

You'll either need a box connected via coaxial or you could split the signal off another box/tv in another room using component. Either way, you'll need to run wires to the kitchen.

when we finally move at the end of this month (and finally get d* yay!!!!) i am getting the dvr run from the bedroom (hooked up via vcr to be a cheap converter) and split line to bedroom tv and kitchen under mount tv, though i will have to drill threw closet wall, or you can buy one of these :
