Directv Gemini Box Issues

Hi,
I went through 2 Gemini boxes and 2 Genie 2 towers. The second Gemini box was even wired with a DECA. The boxes randomly reboots and loses signal with the video bridge (in both cases wireless and with a DECA). Anyone else experiencing this issue? I went back to my old C41 wireless Mini Genie, which had no issues since I got it 5 years ago. I really like the box and want to make it work, but even the two Techs that came at home could not figure out what is going on. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

I think the box is probably bad. It does happen. I just dealt with something similar today.

Yes, bot new gemini boxes had the same issues. I wonder if there is worth it to tell them to send me a third one and see.

I wonder if it's a wiring issue or problem with the MOCA adapter on the Genie.

Unrelated to gemini. , but I also noticed random freezing on my tvs 2nd week in a row.

I have had genie 2 since 2017... but might be bad external HDD. I disconnected it tonight due to the freezing issues ..
