I normally will call Directv in the evening (8-12 pm est) as I work during the day and don't find time till then ... I call once or twice a year.

I tried to call tonight and found that what was 24 hr phone service, apparently isn't anymore ....

When did they start Closing ?
What kind of hours are they actually OPEN now ?

They have decided to start charging already for the MLB EI package ... how can they do that when they don't even know IF there will be a Season ?

I would guess a lot of companies changed their phone system due to covid.

Since folks are working at home etc .

I would imaging tech support/ protection plan still 24 hours .


Also for MLB EI , last year we got refunds since season was delayed . I think it was a month later

Their will be a season --and all those that have the MLB packing will be paying --no matter How long or short the season

Oh yeh they are having a season That was confirmed awhile ago
