Directv paying dish ETF to switch

I saw a thread about this from a couple months back. Are they still doing this, or are they planning on doing it again?

On top of the Direct promotions were they acutally paying off remaining contracts???

I saw something about them giving 200 gift cards if you sent them your last dish bill with an ETF on it

I saw the same thing...just can't remember where.

Dish will do something to change that so that their customers will not get the promotion anymore, such as not having it show up on the bill.
